Delivery and security. Vercel hosts and serves this website. Like any hosting provider, it processes technical request data needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site, such as IP address, browser or user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs.

Anonymous audience statistics. Where local rules and your choice permit, we use Vercel Web Analytics only to understand aggregate visits and improve this website. It uses no cookies. It may process visit time, page path, referrer, filtered query information, coarse location, device type, operating system and browser. Vercel says its analytics data is not tied to an individual or IP address, does not follow people across websites or days, and its visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours. We send no custom events containing contact details or enquiry text.

Opening animation. Outside regions where optional browser storage is disabled by default, the site may keep one first-party session value named domo-seenso the intro is not replayed on every visit in the same browser tab. It contains no name or identifier, is not sent to DOMO, and ends with the browser session.

Your privacy choice. If you allow or turn off anonymous analytics, the site stores that selection as domo-analyticsin this browser solely to honour it until you change it or clear browser data. DOMO's site code does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or preferences. Vercel's country header is used only to select the private regional defaults and is not separately retained by the site application.

There is no contact form on this website. If you choose an email or telephone link, we receive only what you voluntarily send through your email or telephone provider. We use it to respond, consider a potential project, and keep necessary ordinary business or legal records.

Instagram, Google Maps, publications and other external services load only after you follow a link. Their own privacy terms then apply; no social plugin or pixel runs here.

We use site data to deliver and secure the website, improve it through anonymous statistics where allowed, and respond to messages. Where UK or European data law applies, secure site operation relies on our legitimate interests. In the EEA, optional analytics runs only after you allow it and relies on your consent, which you can withdraw below. Where local rules permit privacy-preserving aggregate analytics without prior consent, we rely on our legitimate interest in improving the site. Correspondence relies on steps you request before a possible engagement or our legitimate interests.

The intro value ends with the session. Analytics and hosting information follows the applicable Vercel service settings and legal requirements. Correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain legitimate business records, or meet legal obligations. Service providers may process data in the United States and other infrastructure locations. Their published privacy and data-processing terms describe the safeguards available for that processing.

We do not sell personal data, share it for targeted advertising, profile visitors, make automated decisions about people, or knowingly collect children's data through this site. Recipients are limited to service providers needed to operate the site and, when you contact us, ordinary email or telephone providers.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, or receive portable data. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator. Send requests to francisco@domodesignstudio.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Optional analytics is off by default in the EEA, Switzerland, and when the visitor's region cannot be determined. Elsewhere, anonymous aggregate analytics may run under applicable local rules. You can change the setting at any time here.

We will update this notice if the site materially changes—for example, if it later adds forms, embedded media, accounts, advertising technology or other tracking.
